The Child Welfare Resource Network (CWRN) promotes best practice in child welfare through curriculum development, training and consultation. The CWRN develops and delivers training for child welfare staff, supervisors, and managers as well as other community-based service providers. Currently, the CWRN provides training and technical assistance to the Kansas Workforce Initiative and works with the Children's Alliance of Kansas to coordinate an annual "Excellence in Supervision" conference. The network is supported through the federal grants and private/partnership funding.
