You can register your agency by submitting a request to our program administrator (Joanna McCloud). Upon approval, your agency will receive a login ID and will be assigned a password. At that point, you can log in to the system and register employees for trainings
Once you have logged in as your agency, you may create employees by using the link "Create Employee" located on your agency's main page as well as the navigation bar on the left. Registration requires input of employee personal information (name, contact info, etc) and employment history. Once an employee has been created, you can register him/her for trainings, monitor training progress, and print past certificates.
There are two difference ways to register employees for trainings. The first method allows you to register one employee for one or several trainings. Navigate to the desired employee by viewing your Employee List and then selecting the desired employee. On the bottom of the Edit Information box will be a link to "Register for Trainings". This link provides a list of available trainings along with the employee's status for each training. Using the checkboxes, select the desired trainings to register the employee and then hit the register button. The second method is for registering multiple employees for one training. Click "browse trainings" and select the desired training. The bottom of the Training Details box has a link to "Register Multiple Users for Training." This brings up a list of all employees with their availability for the individual training. Click the checkboxes to register the desired employees.
Individual employee attendance records can be monitored from the employee information accessible from the employee list. If you want to view agency wide information, training reports provide an excellent method of reporting information based on training name and training status.
Employee information is fully editable by selecting the desired employee from the View/Edit Employee List. Employee information will be displayed in editable form boxes. Make the necessary changes to the employee and then click the update button.
Occassionally errors occur in processing pages when the database is inaccessible. Often these are only temporary and can be caused by heavy traffic. Try again later or report the problem to the administrator.
