Syllabi

Starting in the Fall of 2002 the School has started a new method of collecting syllabi.  We hope that this method will allow us to collect every individual course syllabi, as well as the Master Syllabi for courses. Access is limited to computers on campus (KU Main and Edwards), and individuals with KU dial up connections.

If you click on one of the links below you will be taken to a directory structure that displays all the available syllabi.  We place them in the directory as soon as we get them in, so at the beginning of the semester we add several each day.

The syllabi are in Word format and should be easily read with people who have Word 97/2000/XP or by people who have programs that can translate Word document types.  All the computer labs on campus, including our own in Room 315 and the student computer in the Edwards office should be able to read them.

Master Syllabi

The Master Syllabus for an individual course is a template that is used by individual instructors to develop their course.  This template specifies content, outcomes, and resources.

Course Syllabi

The Course Syllabus for an individual course is prepared by the instructor based on the Master Syllabus for that class.  An effort is made to collect all Syllabi from instructors.
